Terris offers over 3,000 bucket tooth mold models. Terris is proficient in precision casting, coated sand casting, lost foam casting, investment casting, forging, and other processes. The company boasts a six-person technical team with extensive casting experience and advanced heat treatment equipment. For products weighing less than 30 kg, the surface and core hardness are within ±1.5°, and for products weighing less than 70 kg, the surface and core hardness are within ±3°. T1 material hardness is 48-51 HRC, impact strength >16J; T2 material hardness is 49-53 HRC, impact strength >18J; and T3 material hardness is 50-54 HRC, impact strength >20J. Terris boasts an annual output of 15,000 tons, exported to over 60 countries.

Coated Sand Process
Suitable for manufacturing complex internal cavity blanks; Highly adaptable, capable of producing large and small, simple/complex parts, suitable for mass production, and compatible with steel, iron, and most non-ferrous alloys; Low cost, inexpensive molding materials, and simple processing; Suitable for bucket teeth weighing less than 80kg.


Investment Casting Process
High precision (sizes CT4-6, roughness Ra1.6-3.2μm), minimal machining effort; Suitable for mass production of complex parts from various alloys with good consistency; Suitable for mass production of various models.
Lost Foam Process
Excellent precision and appearance (roughness Ra3.2-12.5μm, sizes CT7-9), machining allowance ≤2mm, reducing processing time by 40%-50%; No parting surfaces or sand cores, capable of casting complex parts without flash or burrs; Binder-free molding sand, with over 95% sand recovery, environmentally friendly and low-cost. Suitable for products weighing 20kg-2 tons.

Forging Process
Eliminates defects such as pores and shrinkage, resulting in dense castings with mechanical properties approaching those of forgings; High dimensional accuracy reduces machining effort; Applicable to a wider range of materials; Easily mechanized and automated, and a process yield exceeding 90%, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
