Track link: Made of high-strength alloy steel forging, quenched and tempered, and then subjected to tread induction hardening, it has good matrix strength and wear resistance;

Bushing: using forging sleeve to enhance material density and load-bearing capacity, achieving surface hardness and uniform depth of hardened layer through intermediate frequency scanning quenching, and improving wear resistance;

Pin shaft: High hardenability alloy steel is used to increase the depth of the pin shaft hardening layer and enhance the bending resistance of the pin shaft;

Sealing ring: Through compression deformation testing and durability testing, optimize the structural design of the sealing ring and sealing components, improve sealing reliability, and extend the service life of the track;

Track shoes: Based on the working conditions of the main engine, the matching design of track shoe materials and heat treatment processes is carried out to improve the strength and wear resistance of track shoes and extend their service life;

Lubricating: selected according to the actual working conditions of the host to meet various complex working conditions such as extreme cold and high temperature;

Bolt and Nut: High strength bolts and nuts are used and configured according to the actual fixture of the host to meet various complex working conditions such as high temperature and extreme cold.
